The Westford Youth Soccer Association program is
grade based. We do not accommodate requests for players to "play up" regardless of how good a player is. Westford Youth Soccer Association is a community-based program and we feel that all players benefit from being with other players in their grade.
Please pay attention during the registration process to what you are selecting! Since the software limits selections based on birth dates and since birth date ranges can overlap across grades, the software may show multiple grades and it is up to parents when registering to be sure to choose the correct grade group.
Please note that players can only play in one program and one grade grouping at a time so please make sure that you are not registering a player for a second registration in the same season.
Please direct any questions about the above to
[email protected] If your player's grade does not align with their date of birth (i.e. the system does not show them as eligible for the age group associated with their grade), please do the following:
- Register your player for the program they are eligible for (and pay the fees)
- Send an email to [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your player's name
- The grade your player will be in during the season
- Attach documentation showing the player's name, grade, school year, and either the name of the school or the school district. For player's attending Westford school, please send a screenshot of the header of their on-line progress report (from the parent portal).
Once your information is verified, your player's registration will be transferred to the correct program. If there is a fee adjustment, you will either be provided a refund or an additional fee will be applied to your account. This happens when transferring between an in-town registration and travel team registration.
No other requests will be considered.
